I appreciate that our team has managed the system effortlessly, requiring minimal training, and has succeeded in simplifying tasks. Additionally, its configuration is excellent, as it allows for the integration of additional add-ons and the sending of emails, providing us with flexibility and convenience in our work, as well as facilitating better interaction with customers.

I value the feature of being able to follow up, as it allows me to monitor the application's performance and understand the clients' needs, thereby offering them better service. One of the points that I do not like about this program is that on certain occasions I have resorted to customizing reports, which has taken us a little time, and I do not like the presentation of the service messages. They are exhausting for me to see as they cover a lot of space, but in reality, these are details. Overall, it fulfills effective functions that allow us to provide better service to the client.
