Honestly very little! If I had to suggest one thing, it would be that I've sometimes had to ask twice for data to be formatted in a certain way, and it would be amazing to have this adhered to first time round just to make it even more of an efficient process. The only downside is the way they supply data in batches. As a client we would prefer to get it all in one go, even with a slight delay! But the positives way outweigh this.
