Honestly very little! If I had to suggest one thing, it would be that I've sometimes had to ask twice for data to be formatted in a certain way, and it would be amazing to have this adhered to first time round just to make it even more of an efficient process. BizKonnect work harder than most data organisations to really find the right contacts, completely up to date, with every field exactly as asked, including some more difficult fields to fill such as establishing which software contacts use for particular applications.

The only downside is the way they supply data in batches. As a client we would prefer to get it all in one go, even with a slight delay! But the positives way outweigh this.
