I love the integration and the dashboard for management. Menus are confusing though, and you're hit with ads for other products instead of information when you first enter Gravity Zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a very confusing product mix. We moved to GravityZone for small-business, thinking it would do more for us. Turns out the less expensive, dedicated Small Business portal is actually better, and includes VPN and mobile device management. VPN is not even available with Gravity Zone, and adding mobile devices is expensive.
Impossible to get a sales person though, as they priritize home users (which get both phone and chat support) over their business users. Business customers need to send in an email and wait up to 48 hours for a reply. Seems odd to me that they provide more support for individual users than their higher paying business customers, but what do I know?
The product is easy to install, but challenging to manage. I had to uninstall it just to print from my local printer. Finally figured out how to configure their firewall for printing, but have not yet figured out how to tell the system I am on a protected network, not a public one. Nothing, so far, seems to be able to address that and support, as mentioned, is minimal at best.
Also, the cost to add mobile devices on Gravity Zone is expensive, so we have had to keep Norton on those. Strangely, their dedicated Small Business portal pricing includes them.
Have used the product frequently since installing and it is very powerful, but we may end up switching after the dissapointing lack of product support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bitdefender GravityZone is the perfect solution for small teams like us. The maintenance is low as the platform is running on managed cloud-based infrastructure. The level of integration and automation, in the scope of a XDR, is great. With all information, including EntraID and other sources, pulled into one incident report it makes it straight forward to work on alerts. Last but not least we cover all layers of endpoint security in one product, which again makes it easy to manage features and configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took us a noteworthy amount of time to find the perfect confiuguration for endpoints of developers, as they handle large mounts of small files daily in their build-routines and repositories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found any yet. Maybe just that XDR probes are only available in the highest Enterprise bundle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to navigate, and their support is also helpful. The implementation of the tool is good. We usually used this tool everyday to have full monitoring of the organization and to protect from exploitation, ransomware attack and many more, and good thing here is it can be integrated in kaseya VSA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislike regarding on this tool, it is very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Leveraging the Auto-Install functions of NinjaOne, we can push Bitdefender to any of our endpoints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finding certain settings for the first time can be frustrating. When intuition tells you to look in one place, you are most likely wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have no compatibility issues, updates are constant, we can easily manage the environment and correct devices that are not compliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not that I don't like it, as a suggestion, it would be interesting to have an alert for devices that are not up to date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I was in school, we had to do a project about which antivirus was the best one based on a logical set of criteria. I made mine the most stringent, and I chose to test bitdefender. Bitdefender goes a step further than a typical IDS, it really acts more as an IPS. The test I ran that sealed the deal for me, was a simple port scan. I kept trying to run a port scan on my home network, and my linux laptop kept getting DOS'd. When i traced the packets to figure it out, it turned out the bitdefender agent running on my gaming computer had detected the port scan on the network and launched its own counter-attack by sending out massive packets of random data to the scan source, in this case my laptop. After i watched the consumer (home) version of bitdefender DOS my own laptop, I fell in love. It took a couple of years, but eventually i was able to push for GravityZone here at Elsewhen Technology, and last year we made the switch from sentinelone. Bitdefender is unequivacolly better than sentinelone, and I sincerely feel that the only reason sentinel is viewed as so good is because their marketing team is stellar, while their product is horrendous. Bitdefender listens to me when i put in an exception, and it includes more features at less than half the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a learing curve when it comes to configuring the policies and exceptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is reliable, it is easy to use, easy to implement. Customer Support is responisve and helpful. I used Gravityzone daily. The Features offered were great, with the network firewall, antivirus, reporting features, scan features and the ease of use and integration into our tech stack as an MSP is great. the Dashboard could use a little bit of work for ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy view between all customers or just specific ones. Very pleasant as an admin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The administration view is confusing and not well organized. A step by step sequence would be better here, so you jump from point three to five then to one and at the end to ten and then create a new customer and provide them with profiles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
