It has been some years since I have been in the Biotrack system. It was a beneficial product. Once you knew where to find things and how to manipulate things, it fulfilled its purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was slow and not very user-friendly. As I stated before, this was a couple of years ago, so there could have been many improvements since my last use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is user friendly, easy to navigate and for the most part, keeps your cannabis inventory tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This review comes from nearly 6 years of expererince using BioTrackTHC. The program has been and only is as good as its technical support, understanding of the customers needs and for which state its operated in , resolving software issues quickly and its ability to produce accurate and usable managerial reports and records used for state compliances. BiotrackTHC falls short in all these areas. The software face itself seems to be getting just slightly better each year but the support and their customer retention skills have not. I love this application because we can see a report with every detail that our employees make, I also love it because all the overtime payments that our employees work are accurate because with Biotrack we handle every detail. The truth is that it is very easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I tell you that when we use this application I do not like that sometimes the system hangs. Then I called support and they didn't pay much attention to me that bothers me a lot they don't serve customers very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a decent tool for managing cannabis dispensaries. The program lets you access Biotrack from every computer/tablet/app in the business so every employee could see real-time info. Also, it seems there isn’t a limit on the information you can store in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There seems to be better programs out there. The search tools are not complete and sometimes provide inaccurate information. For instance, “doubles” would show up in the search so one would think there was more inventory. You don’t know they are doubles unless you search manually through the whole list.
