What do you like best about Binfire?

What do you dislike about Binfire?

Sometimes features are counterintuitive. Also would like to be able to link MS outlook as some of my older coworkers complain that they don't get emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Binfire?

Binfire is an excellent application regarding it's ability to quickly and efficiently manage tasks. Binfire is an excellent application for small businesses who need guidance for a project. Binfire's features include but are not limited to Project Portfolio, Workspace Calendar, Portfolio resource loading, Project Resource loading, Project dashboard, Project Calendar, Interactive Gantt, Document management, Document Markup forPDF and image file formats, User categories management, and Permissions management. What do you dislike about Binfire?

Overall usability. I think Binfire could be confusing for beginners and I would love to see the developers take a step towards user friendliness, especially for the older customers. I am quite acclimated to complicated programs and it was easy for me to adjust but I can see how it would have been harder for others to adjust to the learning curve that Binfire presents. What do you like best about Binfire?

While extremely robust (comes with features like resource loading, advanced task management, burn-down charts, etc.), we've also found Binfire to be wonderfully easy to use and grasp from the get-go. It's a comprehensive platform where global teams can both collaborate and manage their projects (both on a high-level and very granular basis). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Binfire?

Unfortunately, they have yet to release a mobile version. Needs to happen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're using Binfire to manage collaboration and projects between university students and professional tutors/mentors. Binfire, has streamlined that process by consolidating all of our student-tutor communications onto one platform, where everything is easily visible and managed. What do you like best about Binfire?

The application comes with Gantt, resource loading, burn-down chart, amazing dashboard and a task manager which is better than all other task management applications in the market today! Lack of mobile yet! Binfire needs to have mobile option for IOS and Android as soon as possible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Try Binfire for yourself, it take 2-3 weeks to completely get familiar with app and all its features. They have a free trail that you can try and use it with your team to see the amazing productivity gains you can achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
