I like to use Billtrust because it is a very user friendly platform, the integration has been smooth and both employees and customers can implement it easily and quickly. I use it on a daily basis and I really enjoy the fact that I can manage all of my clients' information on the same platform and jump from one client to another if needed. It also streamlines a lot of processed that would otherwise have to be done manually so I can manage my time effectively. What I like the most about Billtrust is how quick I can jump to one tab to another and how to sort out between different customers. I believe the options offred are very versatile when it comes to invoice transmission and personal access to the portal, providinf seamless integration. I also like the fact that it is so easy to set up on both ways; customer and employee. I utilize this tool on a daily basis and it almost never crashes or has issues. The least helpful thing I can think of is the fact that there is not an easy way to go back to yor previous page or screen. If you are in the client connect screen and hit the "Back" button in the web browserm the system will log out or crash the majority of the time. The solution is to use the online Tabs only, but this is not intuitive for the user. I am not sure if this is something that can be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The transition to the next gen was not very smooth from our perspective. The training was completed so far in advance it so it was diffucult to navigate once we went live. Going from Pay Trace to Bill trust the aspect of Bill trust I like best is the interface. There are several features available and the layout of the card processing pages are clean and easy to work though, overall nice integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overall implementation of this system has been shaky. While certain features provide an ease of use for several other functions there is a complexity that can get in the way of me and my team providing great and timely customer support. We will often get caught up on some processes, an example would be finding past charges and those responsible for them. With our teams frequency of use this can hand has been a problem. Billtrust is a platform that can improve efficiency of an accounts receivable process. Its Automated capabilities can and will free up any team to be able to focus on the numerous tasks they have. This in turn will increase cash flow for the company.

I don't like the clunky interface. The system feels a bit outdated and not as seamless as it could be. There's also a lot to drill through, the layout is not intuitive. The integration process has been difficult, there have been multiple issues along the way. Some features also feel unnecessarily complicated or indirect. Instead of integrating with Outlook, it has it's own system which adds extra steps. It would also be better if it connected with other platforms like SMART. I like that Billtrust allows our customers to have 1 portal where they can view their invoices, and pay them. It makes it simple for them to keep track of their account, view credit and unapplied payments, and process payments. They can also download PDFs at any time, which saves us both time and money! I have no had any issues using Billtrust where I need customer support, and setting up new accounts for our customers is very simple. I use Billtrust every single day and would not be able to operate without it. It also is integrated very easily with outlook and some other applications we use, so sending invoices is very quick. My least favorite feature is the invoice retrevial. After one year, getting the PDF copy of an invoice can be difficult. Our team has found a few work arounds, but it would be great if those invoices could stay in the system for the customer to have access to at any time, at least for the previous year in case there are any issues. Being in a customer service position, the ease of sending customers invoices with a few clicks is HUGE. Also, I cannot speak more about the customer portal that is very user friendly. Since our company has integrated this, our call volumes have dropped because the customers are able to take care of payments on their own without calling in frustrated to take more time out of their day.
