What do you like best about Billtrust?

I like to use Billtrust because it is a very user friendly platform, the integration has been smooth and both employees and customers can implement it easily and quickly. I use it on a daily basis and I really enjoy the fact that I can manage all of my clients' information on the same platform and jump from one client to another if needed. It also streamlines a lot of processed that would otherwise have to be done manually so I can manage my time effectively. In my time using it I have rarely needed customer support, but it is always very professional and helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

I would prefer if my session stayed open for longer, it logs out rather quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allocates client invoices properly, and contains all the documentation needed for the client to review and pay their bills, as well as offer them different payment methods to keep their accounts current. What do you like best about Billtrust?

Billtrust has some great features that have been added. Love having one platform that can almost do everything needed to work my accounts daily. Customer Support has been great when submitting tickets and always so friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

The transition to the next gen was not very smooth from our perspective. The training was completed so far in advance it so it was diffucult to navigate once we went live. Some of the best features from first gen are not avaliable now and have also lengthened some steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Billtrust?

I like that Billtrust allows our customers to have 1 portal where they can view their invoices, and pay them. It makes it simple for them to keep track of their account, view credit and unapplied payments, and process payments. They can also download PDFs at any time, which saves us both time and money! I have no had any issues using Billtrust where I need customer support, and setting up new accounts for our customers is very simple. I use Billtrust every single day and would not be able to operate without it. It also is integrated very easily with outlook and some other applications we use, so sending invoices is very quick. What do you dislike about Billtrust?

My least favorite feature is the invoice retrevial. After one year, getting the PDF copy of an invoice can be difficult. Our team has found a few work arounds, but it would be great if those invoices could stay in the system for the customer to have access to at any time, at least for the previous year in case there are any issues. It is solving the main issue of our customers not being aware of where their account stands. They may rely on their own orders or emails to balance their books, but Billtrust makes managing their account much easier and more accurate. They can see what invoices are still open in real time. What do you like best about Billtrust?

Being in a customer service position, the ease of sending customers invoices with a few clicks is HUGE. Also, I cannot speak more about the customer portal that is very user friendly. Since our company has integrated this, our call volumes have dropped because the customers are able to take care of payments on their own without calling in frustrated to take more time out of their day. On the Disputes Side, we would like to see more information accessible from the dispute itself. We have to go into the invoice to find the account or customer many times as the dispute is ony tied to the invoice and does not provide further details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Billtrust?

I love the ease of use with this program. It is simple to input the information on my end and easy for the customer to complete on the back end. My main thing is how fast I can complete the process on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to have to print out papers to get a credit app done and keep track of all of that to get it submitted for the customer. this program has made it so everything is digital and very organized. What do you like best about Billtrust?

This is the 1st online payment portal that we offered to our customers. It is very easy for them to use and is an asset to our company as well as our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Billtrust?

There are issues on our end due to the daily closing times of BillTrust. They close the day at 3pm our time (CDT) so payments made after 3pm will not show up on the customer account until the next day. This is especially an issue when we have customers making a payment to be able to take our terms discount.

I have contacted our management team on this and they are looking into how we can fix on our end (maybe extend our discount date) so it is being worked on
