Honestly not much anymore. It just hasn't changed in 10 years. I guess it's nice folks can e-sign proposals, but don't they all offer that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's awkward to use the pre-saved contract sections. The editor is absolutely horrible to use, I'm constantly fighting with it to fix the formatting of basic elements like bulleted lists. Nothing is WYSIWYG or really user-friendly at all.

The solution doesn't integrate with any project management or time-tracking solutions I can find. The overall UI is dated and awkward to use.

Bidsketch is awesome, it allows me and my team to prepare, organize and send out proposals fast to clients. As a marketing company, my business relies heavily on proposals. Prior to Bidsketch It would take me 2 hours to organized, gather information, and send it out to clients. Now that process takes less than 30 minutes.

The templates are detailed and easy to customize to your liking or your brand. You can add additional information to different sections of the template - allowing for quick and efficient use.

I wish for a little bit more native integrations with other applications. Zapier integration is a huge win but more seamless native integrations would have made this software 2X better. Also, I wish the UI was a bit more updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've had issues when our team was working simultaneously on a proposal and the system got stuck. Before both team members could confirm the proposal was done it was sent to the customer, which wasn't ideal. I save HOURS of time on proposals thanks to Bidsketch. The ability to save common chunks of contract or proposal is invaluable; the interface is very easy to use (for the most part).

Editing text inside of Bidsketch is TORTURE if you pasted it in from anywhere else. I've had to fight with their WYSIWYG editor and switch to HTML more times than I care to admit.

Bidsketch made it really easy to create proposals and send them on your behalf. The process to create a full customized quote is quite fast and easy, and you can easily customize each one to be most relevant to your products and pricing structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bidsketch has no method for exporting the data you input into it. You are essentially forced to use a secondary product to keep track of the proposals you've sent if you're a company that sends several proposals per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
