BidClips has given me insight and the ability to jump into our customer's onboarding journey at any point. We now put every lead into the BidClips system, daily as we receive their information. It is an easy to use from day one!I have one CSR and this system has allowed us to add low quality leads quickly that have lead to sales we may have lost due to lack of follow-up. In our old process, I would need to understand where my CSR had already been with the customer now I open the SR and know exactly where we are! We have closed 100% of our leads from the BidClips Widget on our microsite and that is a game changer. Calvin and Gabe have been extremely easy to work with! My questions are always answered timely. BidClips makes it easy to communicate directly with your customers instantly. Customers can use either their cell phone or email to send project details, request updates, and talk directly with the Customer Service Rep.

Our company still has to use a separate platform for product pricing as BidClips does not have a pricing by square foot functionality (although I am told it is on the way).

BidClips has helped our small family glass business start showing up online and connecting with customers more easily. Can see this tool really helping us scale the business (and create ease for the owner). The BidClips team offers incredible customer support, walks you through the whole process, and is always available to answer questions.
We were able to connect BidClips to our website easily, and now we're running Facebook ads directly to the BidClips widget. In just a few months, we've generated a really impressive number of leads. We've probably converted about 20% of the requests that came in through the ads into paid jobs (which we easily collected full payment through BidClips). Excited to grow with this tool. I wouldn't say I dislike anything, but I know the team is currently addressing a few areas of opportunity. They're working on a pricing engine that will be huge (but today you can add pricing on all your parts, labor, and services easily).
