BetterYou is a healthy habits companion that helps people find time in the day for their health. If you're looking for a product that your team will actually use, you need something lightweight. Most apps ask you to enter your progress each day: did you go to the gym, did you call your friends etc. BetterYou asks your phone those questions making keeping up with your health as easy as having your phone on you. We run health challenges across 8 dimensions of wellness so you can run a head to head challenge with a co-worker or with your entire company. Challenges on BetterYou don't require manual entry. Earn rewards in the form of gift cards as you make progress. BetterYou has over 100 options for different gift cards.
