Most apps ask you to enter your progress each day: did you go to the gym, did you call your friends etc. BetterYou asks your phone those questions making keeping up with your health as easy as having your phone on you. We run health challenges across 8 dimensions of wellness so you can run a head to head challenge with a co-worker or with your entire company. Challenges on BetterYou don't require manual entry.
