I like the connectivity built into BetterComp. I was able to map our jobs and job levels once and the mapping applies across all our pay markets. That is a big help when you are pricing across 50+ countries. I like how easy it is to select data cuts across many pay markets. Most of all, I like the customer service. I don't like that I can not limit some of the functionality to only specific team members. For instance, I want to limit who can create a pay market, who can change an aging factor, etc. and this security doesn't exist yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is it provides the best compensation market pricing. They have a great user interface easy to use. The connectivity they provide is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's the platform for scaling the market pricing. It fulfill my requirement greatly, I did not found any drawback so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
