Got it running for 3 of our applications in about an hour. The status page option is great. You can also add your own domain if you like. The application is very intuitive to use, you will not need help and support for basic stuff. There are tons of options to configure if you need it. The free plan is generous. Right now there is nothing that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can build a custom status page which doesn't need to log onto and you can choose to display or not the ressources and if you set a DNS Cname record, you an use your own domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far has never failed us. A certain amount of emails but it allows you to discover the functionalities . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity is all over the place while at the same time the features are awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, the only dislike is that I did not find them sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is clean and easy to use. I appreciate how I receive app notifications on my phone and can easily acknowledge them online. In addition to monitoring uptime, I can get specific by monitoring HTTP status codes and even keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The handover from a mobile app notification to online acknowledgement was a bit different from what I was used to, but it's straightforward, and I'm totally happy with it now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BetterStack sets a new bar for good developer experience. Setting up logging and monitoring on my full stack app with better stack took me less than one hour, and their interface is so intuitive that I never felt like I had to learn how to use it. I just use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven't disliked any of its features and haven't come across any bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is super simple and in less than 5 minutes I had my site being monitored. It allows me to quickly create a status page, which is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Until now, I didn't find any issue with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I love most about BetterStack is the usability of the application. The UI is really nice and it works smoothly all the time. It's a product I rely on day-to-day basis. The product I use most is BetterStack Logs and we could easily integrate log monitoring in minutes. I never have to SSH our servers to check the logs and filtering is never easy. Even if I SSH to the server and read the logs, it's so damn hard to find anything there. But with BetterStack the logs are readable in a colorful dark layout. Also we never have to worry about any missed errors or anything. As soon as we got an error logged, BetterStack alerts me by email with a nice little graph with the log frequency. I think BetterStack made our company more productive. We never had to contact customer support as things were running smoothly. But we contacted customer support for some inquiries and they got back to us really fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish BetterStack allows me to send log alerts by Slack / Telegram too. Sometimes we miss emails as we receive plenty of them on a daily basis. But an app notification is more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Betterstack is great for monitoring your services and get email/phone notifications, their dashboard is user friendly. Migrating from hetrix to betterstack was easy to implement our old services, we use it frequently to post downtimes, updates or even maintenances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any bad points about betterstack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started with their free Logs tool (Logtail) and haven't looked back. Forget those other free log management options, they're just plain bad. BetterStack's Logtail is amazing, even on the free plan. Managing logs on my Laravel web apps and Ubuntu servers is a breeze now. Debugging is so much faster, it's like magic! Then they came out with Uptime, and let me tell you, it's another game-changer. I used Freshping before, but Uptime leaves it in the dust. Setting things up is ridiculously easy, no matter what you're monitoring. The best part? You won't miss an outage ever again. BetterStack throws the kitchen sink at you with alerts: emails, in-app stuff, even Slack and Discord if that's your jam. And get this, they'll call you on your phone if things go south, even without internet! No more excuses for missing something critical. Their status pages are pretty slick too. Easy to understand and all that, and you can customize them to show what matters to you. Users will know exactly what's going on during an outage. Plus, their customer support is fantastic. Basically, BetterStack makes monitoring and debugging my projects a breeze. It's user-friendly, feature-packed, and supported by a great team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There one thing I would like to suggest. Making customizations to the status page, like colors that suit for the branding. This is just a improvement suggestion. BetterStack is absolutely perfect in my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
