What do you dislike about benefitsCONNECT?

I dislike that we can not tailor certain features for the use of our company in specific. Some of the reports would be more efficient for use with certain tweaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it could use a fresher look, and some of the set-up is not very intuitive. It could be easier to roll forward plans come renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
