The UX and ease of use is one of the best I know. The implementation is smooth, you can tell the teams are well-prepared. They are present, responsive, always have an answer, and help find workarounds. The support is of high quality for both the developers and the business teams who feel challenged in building their use cases. The campaign configuration is ultra-simple, which saves the operational teams a lot of time. Long live Batch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some key features are still missing in my opinion (such as being able to view the list of contacts and their received communications). That said, the tech roadmap is ambitious, and I know that my improvement suggestions are taken into account when I report them (to support or my CSM). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The out of the box thought process to integrate emailing, web push, messaging is an excellent idea. Marketers like us find it rock hard to find ways to keep our customers engaged and informed about our products. Thanks to batch we can now tailor our ways to do this based on each customer type. I find navigating between tools can be made a bit more easier and sometimes finding the right option becomes tedious. It would be great if the development team can improvise on this. With usage it becomes very easy but at the start it gets a bit annoying so request the developers to work on this front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've never been able to find a solution for customer engagement that covers everything, and I mean everything: Email, SMS, push notifications, web push & in-app messaging. Batch gives you the tools to stay in touch and engage with your customers and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been working with Batch for 4 years now. Their sending method for both mobile and web push; the automatic detection of users through activity level ; their evolutive roadmap as well as the support reactivity ... all of these elements make Batch one of the most solid and richest platforms to work with on the market.
