In 18 months that I worked with Bambee my main point of contact changed at least four times, maybe even more. Somewhat comically two of those people when they started told me that they were planning on sticking around for a long time (which didn't end up happening).
What ultimately made me leave Bambee is that I tried to cancel a training package. They don't allow a self service options and when I called over a weekend they were closed. I called back during the week, cancelled the service and was told that I had been charged for the package but that I would be receiving a refund. Over the next several weeks I called multiple times about the status of my refund. I was told that because I had called the day after the annual package began, I wasn't entitled to a refund, despite what the previous rep had told me. I also wasn't entitled to use the training package, even though I had been charged for it. What kind of nonesense customer service is that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can always get a hold of my Bambee HR Manager, and that every time I interact with her she is not only knowledgeable and informed but incredibly kind and patient. Super professional and great attitude. I also like that I have a one-stop storage for all of my HR documents and a good resource for any and all of my HR questions. The online interface is pretty garbage. There were tons of bugs when we first signed up. Additionally, we were told by the salesman who gave us the initial pitch that the company would provide a lot of services which it turns out they don't actually provide. I wish that ALL job descriptions and ALL trainings were provided on an unlimited basis rather than on a pay-per-item basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bambee has given me something that I couldn't provide being a small business, a dedicated HR employee. When I have a question, my personal representative is only a phone call away. I love knowing that someone has the answer I need.

I don't believe there are any downsides to having Bambee. I may not have my personal representative directly in my office, but there is a live chat option so help is always a click away. I love the ability to schedule time with our HR rep. Each time she has provided me with very helpful information and has walked us through all processes and procudures for our team. I also love the numerous amounts of templates that are offered - it makes it really easy to get documents out to employees instead of trying to recreate something. The only issue I've had with bambee is performance revie document being released to employees before our OK. It was a glitch in the system but did cause for some stress on our team. Our HR rep was fast with helping us get everything back on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bambee has made managing HR compliance easy in a way that truly feels "in house." It's easy to set up and use, and I love that we have a dedicated HR manager who understands our business, company culture, and HR goals. My two favourite aspects about the Bambee platform are it's clean looking and easy to use interface, as well has it's personable, knowledgeable, and easily available customer service team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside of Bambee is, as it's newly and rapidly expanding, there are some capabilties I wish the platform has, but does not have yet. Sometimes I've had to create work arounds to find the solution our business needs. With that said, an upside is that their customer service teams have always helped me to find the best work arounds/solutions possible AND they are continously adjusting to the feedback of their clients. Payroll system has been problematic (incorrect pay, not deducting health, dental, vision from paychecks, etc.)
VERY difficult to speak with anyone quickly, and setting up meetings with them can take several days. Online messages often go unanswered. WAY too many requests to rate them each time you DO have a contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bambee has allowed us to effectively keep track of all our employee policies and who hasnt signed them . Witht he new update , it is easy to send documents to new hires when added them as a staff member.
Any time we put in a ticket, someone emails us back the same day to help with support on any issues.

Bambee has helped me understand the need for a healthy balance between employer and employee and generates an environment where that can be accomplished.
