What do you like best about Balto?

The ramp up time with new hires.We are able to get new reps on the phone and feeling confident a lot quicker with the assistance of Balto. Having the ability to have new hires have a manual/playbook pop in when needed is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Would like to be able to pull/see data a little easier than what it is now. Would also like to see the ability to segregate right party contacts versus non right party contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Balto has allowed us to get new reps on the floor quicker and start producing ASAP. Allowing new hires to have Balto has given us the ability to have less shadowing by other reps which allows us to maximize all our personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
