Balto is so helpful and keeps you on pace with suggestions on what to ask to guide you in providing the best customer experience possible. It's very intuitive, like having your best friend sitting next to you, cheering you on and giving ideas for questions to ask and directions to lead the call. It has assisted in me gaining more confidence. Since I started using Balto I have been more compliant and helps by keeping me on task. Very easy to use and follow. I'd be lost without it!
