What do you like best about Balto?

Their customer support is out of this world! They understand the need of collection agencies, and they get customer service on a different level than most companies. From the set up process to the continued support is outstanding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Overall, nothing really. They have been improving their reporting, and I am not 100% happy with the changes, maybe just 85% happy with it. I am sure that they will get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

Balto is so helpful and keeps you on pace with suggestions on what to ask to guide you in providing the best customer experience possible. It's very intuitive, like having your best friend sitting next to you, cheering you on and giving ideas for questions to ask and directions to lead the call. It has assisted in me gaining more confidence. Since I started using Balto I have been more compliant and helps by keeping me on task. Very easy to use and follow. I'd be lost without it! What do you like best about Balto?

I like that it grades every call the representative takes so I get a true average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Cannot evaluate Spanish speaking calls. This would be very helpful in being able to both grade these calls and to provide realtime help/translation to the CSR when trying to communicate while getting a translator on the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Balto:

Balto really is a comprehensive and valuable tool to use. Both from the manager /coaching point AND operations perspective. In addition it has provided realtime assistance to employees because of voice analytics to populate reminders and knowledge to the call center rep when key words are used. What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to recognize key words/phrases that will allow us to know which calls we need to take a closer look at. populate knowledge articles on low volume call types so CSR's have an idea on how to help the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
