What do you like best about Balto?

I like the auto-responding when I say the correct phrase. It automatically checks it off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

I don't particularly appreciate that it can be very intrusive with the predictive about what it wants me to say. If I do not phrase something exactly as Balto has it, I am not "credited." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can get in the way a bit when it auto opens when you start your computer for the day, but that is a minor inconvenience compared with all the great things it does! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

Their customer support is out of this world! They understand the need of collection agencies, and they get customer service on a different level than most companies. From the set up process to the continued support is outstanding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Overall, nothing really. They have been improving their reporting, and I am not 100% happy with the changes, maybe just 85% happy with it. I am sure that they will get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
