What I like best about this application is that it's very easy to use, without it I wouldn't have been able to follow complicated steps that are crucial to company policies. This application is 100% awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about this application is that though it's easy to use and all, It tends to give the wrong steps on rear occasions however, I am looking forward to this being corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have changed our scripts, so some of the Balto points are harder to hit. For example, we dont say s it ok if I pull up your information in *Medicare's system* [MARX]? in our script now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've always been a fan of the movie Balto as a child. The dedication and loyalty shown by Balto touched me in many ways. I am excited to be working with a program that allows me to show the same commitment and loyalty to my clients when I speak to them so that we both know I am doing my due diligence on every call. I love that Balto is just there when I need him. It's like having a supervisor with you on the call, so you make sure you cover the correct information with the client. BALTO Cloud reporting is a fantastic tool to monitor agent progress. Additional phrasing options after the Win statement to allow for call flows that require other closing procedures.
