I love having rebuttals at my fingertips. Sime callers can throw you off, but Balto helps with giving you something to say in return, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful aspect of Balto is the checklist and how it turns green. This is great because I know if I stated something I was supposed to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rebuttals! When a customer gives a rejection, Balto uses keywords to determine the best rebuttal to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Sometimes the system mishears what the customer was requesting and generates rebuttals that don't have anything to do with the rejection received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
