What do you like best about Balto?

One of the features I see a lot of potential in is the chat function, if that could be streamlined so the agent can see it better and recognize it or have the visibility improved it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was a bit confusing at first so there is a learning curve, and sometimes it doesn't load up completely every morning, but once it gets going it's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Balto to help me find resources I am less educated on. For example if it hears Tricare or SPAP, it pulls up links to click on. It helps create a knowledgeable experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
