What do you like best about Balto?

I love the way Balto keeps me on my talking points!! It reminds me when to ask more questions or prompts me when I need to listen for rebuttal attempts!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

The pop-up is a little distracting at times. I've tried to adjust the size and where it's located on the screen, but it's not annoying enough to not use this product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wouldn't say solving problems, more so keeping a visual of key talking points! One of the benefits would be creating the habit of asking certain questions with every point of contact! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's more of a minor annoyance. I dislike that if I've minimized Balto, it continues to pop up when it perceives a new call. Sometimes I'd like to keep it temporarily minimized rather than have to disable it completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When my customer starts discussing anything but what we should be discussing, Balto helps me intervene by reminding me to ask the right questions to help get back on track. What do you like best about Balto?

The weekly reports and the call data is granular so a trainer or manager can pinpoint weaknesses for training purposes. Our agents can "get back" to the script Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Not a dislike but a wish, a texted version of the conversation so it can be read by the Oversight Team. For our sales team better would be a Spanish version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
