There's not much not to like. I used to miss out on links, but now there are links to resources, which I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When a customer asks a question I don't know the answer to, Balto gives resources to help clarify. Balto cuts down on my searching for answers by listening and providing those resources. What do you like best about Balto?

What I find most helpful about Balto is the fact that I have apparent goals to hit to reach "the end," and there is something about checking all the boxes that makes each call an adventure. Who doesn't like saying I have Balto on every call?! Even on the days Balto is down, I have made these phrases part of my sales pitch and the results are right there in front of me. When I get to the end of a call and have hit all the boxes, I've got a sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

I do miss being able to see how I am doing compared to others in my organization. We had a lot of fun "saying hi" when we were next to each other in the rankings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cat myself saying things I shouldn't, and I have omitted things and reworded others. Balto used to tell me to use more authoritative tones instead of asking, "do you want to.." and now I rarely see that message pop up for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can custom create a playbook to help our team. We took our proven call flow and added it into a checklist for our team. Then when they get lost on a long sales call they can refer to it. Balto is there when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I there were ways to create games or competitions using the data from Balto onto a dashboard that the team could see updating live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team is able to have a tool help them through any call. I am able to put items into Balto that they continue to ask me for . Balto has helped our team become better by utilizing a call flow and checklist. We are also able to create screen prompts to help our reps overcome objections.
