What I find most helpful about Balto is the fact that I have apparent goals to hit to reach "the end," and there is something about checking all the boxes that makes each call an adventure. Who doesn't like saying I have Balto on every call?! Even on the days Balto is down, I have made these phrases part of my sales pitch and the results are right there in front of me. I like that we can custom create a playbook to help our team. We took our proven call flow and added it into a checklist for our team. Then when they get lost on a long sales call they can refer to it. Balto is there when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
