What do you like best about Balto?

Balto hears your conversation with the customer and then effortlessly posts questions that you can use to continue the conversation. It really helps you when at times, you're trying to figure out what to ask next and even though it may tell you that you're talking too much, don't worry. What do you like best about Balto?

The most helpful is the checklist. I am implementing it into my script, and it is working. At first, I wasn't a fan because I wasn't using it. I was trying to get my script on lock, which I did, but once my manager told me that I need to use it more and I did. It works. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

Balto is easy to use and understand. It helps me keep better track of my agents and their performance. My agents also appreciate the help it gives them while they are on their calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Sometimes it may not pick up everything my agents say. Some agents say it has a hard time understanding their voice. High pitch voices seem to be the ones where it has trouble picking it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes listening to calls easier since Balto will look for certain things instead of me having to listen to the whole entire call. This saves me time and helps me coach me agents better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
