What do you like best about Balto?

Balto can do anything & everything we could want. Which, could be overwhelming, if the content and features weren't explained/trained properly. The Balto team was with us every step of the way during implementation, and are still meeting with us weekly even after our go live date. We feel incredibly supported! What do you dislike about Balto?

The self-guided training was extremly long, and filled with some content that was not relevant to our company. That is my only complaint at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

My job requires detailed reviews of our phone calls; summaries of what the customer and agent discussed. Instead of trying to recall what was said and done, Balto does it for us!
