What do you like best about Balto?

I like that when I get lost on a call I'm able to just look on the side of my screen to get an answer to my question. Or if I feel like I'm losing the customer's interest Balto gives me suggested verbiage to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

Balto is beneficial with new hires and continuous training. It takes some work off of training when the representatives can refer to Balto for an answer. We always advise our agents to use Balto before coming to us with a question, as most information they need is right at their fingertips. We have recently tried out their real-time QA and Coaching features which have been an enormous help with monitoring and coaching our agents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

It is a little hard to understand how to use the dashboard initially as far as setting up trigger words or ai library. It is easy once you give yourself a little time to play around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
