It provides you prompts and pop-up responses depending on what it hears from your customer or potential clients. It can be personalize and add or remove something that focuses on your line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I don't have any dislike about Balto. It was very helpful and I enjoy using it in a day to day basis. One thing I can point out though is prolly the time it takes to provide responses can be shortened still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

I like Balto since it is beneficial when we do Sales call as it helps us to be well informed on our scripts and rebuttal with very informative proposition to our leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Sometimes the App needs to be reinstalled and it crashes almost everyday that we may need to reload it. Other than that Balto been doing great for talk tracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talk track and it helps rep to be on track and match the phasing of our sales call. I also like the recording integrated to Salesforce as it also help me to listen to each recordings for further review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
