What do you like best about Balto?

It helps guide agents on their calls, and it's very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

It sometimes lags and is unable to end the call and needs to be relaunched everytime.

As for admin, Bulk Import is not available making it hard to provision new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

It automatically highlights what you can say to the customer with it's amazing recognition of what customer says. It also now has notes automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

sometimes it does nt recognize what I meant. It should be exact term for it to recognize what I told the customer. Like paraphrasing is a No. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not prompt me to require update and what version will it be. Needs to be exact in the words is needed. Paraphrasing doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
