What do you like best about Balto?

the most helpful thing about Balto is that it helps with having the scripts and rebuttels for any calls that are taken, it listens to the conversation and guides throught out the call making it easier to handle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

well the only bad thing I could say it sometimes takes time to upload the scripts or to pop out the correct rebuttel on the account , as well it makes it difficult to navigate through out the rebuttels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the problems balto helps reslove are making sure all qualites of compliance are ful filled on the calls to make sure all main points are covered, as well it helps on rebuttels for what to say when negotiating money for collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

BALTO is really very helpful when it comes to talk tracks. You will never missed any of rebuttals when it comes to customer's objection and asking insightful questions to know more about customer's purpose and pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

Sometimes it's not automatically sync during call (tick box not visible or there is a tick box but not in response whenver we say the script) so we need to create a ticket or schedule a meeting with the BALTO Admin to have this resolve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves all talk track problems and very beneficial because in just one click, all the necessary scripts are already loaded and it makes our conversation meaningful and easier to deliver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
