What do you like best about Balto?

I like that Balto can be tailored to how I specifically talk with customers. I love that it gives me tips when explaining the process to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

Giving step by step instructions through a call . It helps us to keep on track to meet our KPIs With out it you could very easily forget to state somethin that the system is looking for. I use balto to record my calls, it gives me a summary of the call and I can copy and paste into notes in latitude. I has cut my wrap up time way down. I use balto for every call. What do you dislike about Balto?

I use balto to copy the summary of the call. At time it does not quite understand what is said and I have to revise the notes that I enter in note. Some notes are worse than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
