What do you like best about Balto?

Balto has helped my team to have meaningful conversations thus increasing our conversion rate. Checklist (sample questions to understand the business need) and Dynamic Prompts (suggested rebuttals) are the most used features of my team. As a leader, I like their reporting and analytics and Call Explorer which helped me coach my reps effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

If you don't understand the value of each feature and how to use it, you will never take advantage of the tool. My reps need to reload the application every time to ensure calls are captured and recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have improved our call handling, now our reps are having meaningful conversations with their prospects because of the suggested questions and rebuttals. Also, customers are more engaged. This has improved the quality of our calls, conversations, conversions, and engagement. Also, I get to listen to calls from my reps which I used during our coaching conversation. What do you like best about Balto?

If the client is derailing me. Balto will take me back to make sure I get to the Sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It conflicts with the flow on when I should know about their eligibility for Medicaid. I need to know earlier in the process since I am searching for the infromation about their benefits. The AI is great, all information that are popping up are useful, also the recording and interpretation is almost spot on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

I am so glad that we were given access to Balto App at work. Balto is very helpful for my role because it has all the checklist i need whenever i am out of words and i dont know what to ask next. Balto is always the answer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Balto?

I am sometimes experiencing issues where i need to refresh it from time to time because it is not automatically loading on calls so the tick box are not responsing even though i am using the scripts provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Balto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me deliver my talk tracks with confidence. It is very convenient to use since all the questions you need to ask is already there. It provides the scripts that i needed for every rebuttal depending on the customer response. I am so thankful for having this Balto app available on each and every call.
