It's good, especially if it's an outbound calling campaign, because all the objections and what you say can be provided by Balto, and it won't be difficult to find what you have to say, and it's very fast and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Balto?

I love Balto because paper scripts can be lost or dishelved on the desk. With Balto, I use it every call, it pops every call and is very accurate, and along with all my other programs it works great and is easy. I never have to open it on each call it opens itself. Ease of Implemation just perfect. Their Customer Support is fantastic, and ease of integration when I installed was seemless. It is right up on the screen - gives you those AWESOME green check marks when you complete the required verbiage - LOVE THAT PART!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
