It's easy to use, I can get a lot of routing work done very quickly and their customer service is LIGHTS OUT! Their ability to understand my challenges and help me when I'm stuck is fantastic. You can always reach them by phone. How nice is that!?! Sadly, it's very uncommon these days to be able to contact tech support and speak with someone and if you do get to a real person, often, they don't really now how to use the platform and they are either reading from a help file or messaging someone to try to get support themselves. NOT the case at Badger. Their tech support folks know the platform inside and out. I've been using this for almost two years now and am very happy I found them. I am a sales guy and my IT skills are somewhat limited. It took me longer too learn how to use the Badger App than I thought needed. I've not experienced any negative outcomes; it's a resource I use very frequently and easy to integrateand has a number of features which accomodate your particular criteria. when i add a new account to badger and i use the "current location" option instead of filling in the adress manually, sometimes it sets the adress for miles away from where i acually am. it happens every once in a while but it can be a decent set back if i dont catch it before im driving.

Its very technical to export sites to in a formation that is easily filtered. Some of the cells when uploaded dont need to be filtered. It would be nice to only have the option to select what information or cell uploaded to filter. Also would be nice to show all update information that is uploaded in one area. Not on 3 different tabs for account. I have not really used the customer support. But so far the product and people I have talked to have been good and easy to talk to. I love using Badger Maps because it makes my life easier. It keeps all of my contacts in order and shows me check ins and who I need to visit next.
