Most helpful is that it visually shows my Accts easily and helps me navigate what Accts to see in my day and week. I can easily change my day as well as needed. Very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downside is that I wish I had other color code or shaped options so the pins can be easily noticed on specific Accts. Also to hold mor Accts since the limit cuts off at 3000. be able to keep notes that i have entered when i have to upload an updated list of accts. Would like to have have integrated with my Salesforce however that’s on my company’s side to authorize Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to color code my routes. Seeing them all at once in their own color brings sanity to each day. Any software is only as good as the people supporting it and the information you put in. The route optimiser is pretty spot on. For us, it is the main reason we use Badger. It allows me to input my drops, and tells me what order I should send my driver to optimise efficiency.

It seems suited for countries that drive on the right hand side of the road. In Australia, I am receiving feedback from my drivers that they are having to cross the street to make their drop. For safety reasons, we just shimmy a few addresses around so my drivers are not also constantly turning across traffic taking longer to wait for an opening.

I really don't see a downside to the app. You log what you want. I guess I would say not being able to edit dates of check ins would be the only thing I would want to be able to edit. The app has been really easy to use and you won't find better customer support from another company! I was nervous about setting it up at first. They helped me every step of the way and made it very easy to set up! I have been really impressed with how quickly they return calls and emails. They have reached out to me multiple times to make sure I am getting the most out of it and don't have any questions or concerns. It is really impressive how they keep you supported and plugged in. They have been patient explaining everything and not judgmental in my lack of computer skills. lol I use it every time I am in the field and it is Great to keep all of my customer information together in one place! Especially adding notes about each stop, the ability to see it all on the map and details of each stop. The color differentiation regarding visit intervals is Extremely beneficial! I really don't dislike anything about it! If I had to come up with some sort of improvement, I think merging it to be able to do the directions stop by stop, similar to Google Maps, would be really beneficial. It's easy to use, I can get a lot of routing work done very quickly and their customer service is LIGHTS OUT! Their ability to understand my challenges and help me when I'm stuck is fantastic. You can always reach them by phone. How nice is that!?! Sadly, it's very uncommon these days to be able to contact tech support and speak with someone and if you do get to a real person, often, they don't really now how to use the platform and they are either reading from a help file or messaging someone to try to get support themselves. NOT the case at Badger. Their tech support folks know the platform inside and out. I've been using this for almost two years now and am very happy I found them. I am a sales guy and my IT skills are somewhat limited. It took me longer too learn how to use the Badger App than I thought needed.
