I like that I can separate out customers based upon what they buy. There are some days where I just focus on one type of need for my customer base. The 'ONLY" thing I dislike about Badger is that I can't put in my house, which is always my staring point of my day in that spot. I physically have to type it in each time. On the mobile ap it seems to work just fine. I just don't use Badger that way. I set up my accounts the night before or the morning of to decide where I'm going. I use my laptop for that. For years, I have been looking for an easy to use but complete sales mapping program. Not until Badger Mapping have I found it. Importing accounts are simple and if needed, great support to assist you. Easy to manage routing of customers for routine visit opportunities. Love the ability to plan my days and weeks without difficulty. Excellent notes and account visit history. I especially love the end of week reports that I can share with my manager to show visits and notes to keep them up to date easily. Most helpful is that it visually shows my Accts easily and helps me navigate what Accts to see in my day and week. I can easily change my day as well as needed. Very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downside is that I wish I had other color code or shaped options so the pins can be easily noticed on specific Accts. Also to hold mor Accts since the limit cuts off at 3000. be able to keep notes that i have entered when i have to upload an updated list of accts. The route optimiser is pretty spot on. For us, it is the main reason we use Badger. It allows me to input my drops, and tells me what order I should send my driver to optimise efficiency.

It seems suited for countries that drive on the right hand side of the road. In Australia, I am receiving feedback from my drivers that they are having to cross the street to make their drop. For safety reasons, we just shimmy a few addresses around so my drivers are not also constantly turning across traffic taking longer to wait for an opening.

I really don't see a downside to the app. You log what you want. I guess I would say not being able to edit dates of check ins would be the only thing I would want to be able to edit. The app has been really easy to use and you won't find better customer support from another company! I was nervous about setting it up at first. They helped me every step of the way and made it very easy to set up! I have been really impressed with how quickly they return calls and emails. They have reached out to me multiple times to make sure I am getting the most out of it and don't have any questions or concerns. It is really impressive how they keep you supported and plugged in. They have been patient explaining everything and not judgmental in my lack of computer skills. lol I use it every time I am in the field and it is Great to keep all of my customer information together in one place! I really don't dislike anything about it! If I had to come up with some sort of improvement, I think merging it to be able to do the directions stop by stop, similar to Google Maps, would be really beneficial.
