Backbox is an Automation tool that can be used to automate backups which can be used to restore devcies but the thing we like about backbox most is its verstality and comptability with most of the vendors and how easily we can automate day to day tasks and even compliacted tasks that can help saving bandwidth and remove scope of any Manual error. Backbox need to improve the call summary of customer support cases and also imrovement is required for the backbox Support portal as we have faced login issues mutiple times where we are unable to reset the password that restrcted us loggging to the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite feature of Backbox are the intellichecks and the auto jobs that I can run - I think they are extremely useful in finding out key information that would usually be missed if I did it manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
