What do you like best about BackBox?

the option to create my scripts in a secure way to run on my network devices and do everything is a very simple way, the support of the product is really good and fast, i use the system on a daily basis and use it with all of our network devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BackBox?

nothing really in my mind, maybe just to have more scripts also to smaller vendors like HP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BackBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

other then backup configuration its helping me to run automation on my network devices in easy way, if i need to configure new protocol its a matter of few commands on backbox instad of going over all my 120 switches one by one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation schedule task thyi have set one time before long time ago, and allow me quite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some issues with missmach sizing alert thayi get for few system.

What do you like best about BackBox?

A tool that provides many possibilties other than just backing up devices. Automation at it's best. The support team is outstanding, they rapidly respond and always resolve my issues quickly. BackBox was easy to setup and bring into our environment and the intergration was a breeze. We use BackBox everyday and it is our main backup tool but we use the intellichecks feature mostly, which allows us to reduce the time spent on tasks which would take hours. What do you dislike about BackBox?

Not a dislike, but more of a missing resource. I would like to see more detailed help on how to use the tool to it's fullest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BackBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Replacing tasks, that would take up many man hours, with Intellichecks, and the detail in the reports we receive everyday notifying us on all the backups is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We didn't manage to integrate all the devices we wanted Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BackBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most important thing is that we managed to consolidate the backup of our devices in one place through a simple method. We also have a clear picture of the backup for all devices. In several critical situations, we also performed restore backups on replacement devices, which is also important to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
