BackBox's automation has been a huge help! We run backups and schedule firmware updates on firewalls all the time.
Support has been the best I have used of any tool. Anytime we have a problem or need to have new functionallity we email support and within a day we either have it fixed, or a call scheduled to get it fixed or a custom made script for what we are needing.
It is an easy tool to add automations, when we need to check or change a config on 100's of firewalls. It only takes a couple of mintes and we have the info or change that we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
