It's a cheap and affective solution .Very easy to use. Support is awesome. The number of devices and versions supported is enormous. Even the vendor product is not endorsed, the support team provide assistance for the integration, and the new release has native support for the product. It's like a swiss knife. You can do the asset management, monitoring, backup/restore, compliance and secure access with the same solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has an extensive GUI, but usage is cumbersome. There's no assist on the webui. Intellicheck has many checks, but there's no handshake or auto-discovery mechanism for devices. You need to know which version and module. Backup has no auto discovery mechanism. It's not a real time monitoring solution. Even you can lower the scheduling time for checks it'll not be real time. Backbox is a network backup and storage solution that can be used across enterprise networks. It integrates with various security and monitoring tools, making it very easy to use. The interface was not great previously, but in recent versions, it is quite usable. Also for some security devices, we have to push the backup to the backbox which sometimes increases manpower to manage the backup activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
