What do you like best about babelforce?

Babelforce bietet uns die Schnittstellen zu zendesk und Microsoft Teams, dadurch haben wir sehr einfache Schnittstellen in alle Bereiche des Unternehmens. Die Teams Integration war Bestandteil unserer Anforderungsliste und wurde im geplanten Zeitraum von Babelforce bereitgestellt. What do you dislike about babelforce?

Damals, beim Onboarding hätte ich mir mehr zielgerichtete Unterstützung gewünscht. Die mitarbeitenden von Babelforce, waren sehr bemüht, uns zu unterstützen, aber die reine Projektierung hätte von beiden Seiten besser sein können. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about babelforce?

The software is very easy to use and handle. It brings in itself various features that are helpful to me. Queue Management, Call Management and Call recording are some of the most used features by me. The best part about it, is that it is an cloud based software, so it is easily assesssible to me. What do you dislike about babelforce?

The quality of the call and the quality of the recorded calls is not good. Please try to improve the call quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about babelforce?

We are using Zendesk in our organisation and have been on the saerch for a phone system which cooperates in the best way with Zendesk. Babelforce fills all the needs we have in regards to Zendesk and offers even more valuable solutions to drive and grow our business. We are very impressed by the possible solutions Babelfore can offer.

Furthermore the cooperation with the Babelforce team is a real enrichment for us. The team is very straight forward, very effective and offers solutions in the best way and last but lot least the cooperation is a lot of fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is an amazing technology.It help us to lower the burden on agents.IVR call bots really to lower the agent handling time.You can use autobot to put your business customer service in auto mode.It's really helpful on weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about babelforce?

I love that it is so easy to use and handle! The software works on no-code base, therefore you don't need to be a pro to set it up. Also, you get all the support you need. I love the amazing tools it comes with, such as integrating it into other systems like Zendesk, SAP and so on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far you can't import/export call flows, which would make things a bit easier at some points. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the export option, happy to announce that we do have the option to download call flow versions (in JSON format).

This feature is available via API and will, in the near future, be made available via our Manager interface.

What do you like best about babelforce?

Babelforce has given us flexibility and control over how we work with our phone setup, whether for inbound or outbound calls. It easily integrates with our ticketing system and the support we have received for additional requests or product development, along with general questions, has always been great. What do you like best about babelforce?

Bableforce is a one stop shop when it comes to a telephony service. With their support, we have created an easy to manage system that is perfectly integrated with Zendesk. The support team is great and always happy to help, even with a smile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about babelforce?

I would not say there are any downsides to using Bableforce at all. It was rather complicated to set up but again, the support we have received has been awesome. Their help center has also improved a lot making it easier to look for solutions ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
