From the perspective of managing multiple clients' websites, an "admin" dashboard where you could have a dropdown to each client site and SEO tools rather than using a single login for each would be a great upgrade. What I like the most about B12 as a small business owner is that whenever there was anything that I wanted to change about my website, they responded promptly and with good ideas. You have to stay on top of the design, as they often design in silos (e.g. you ask them to change something, then the next change you ask for, they revert back to the thing you asked them not todo).
