Azure Monitor has got lot of great capabilities, But the best one i like is Log Analytics.

It gives option to not only have issues fixed for cloud based resources but Onpremise as well.

As per my experience the best feature of the Azure Monitor is, Application Insights . its helps us to Detect and diagnose issues across applications and dependencies.its also facilitate to Drill into monitoring data with Log Analytics for troubleshooting and deep diagnostics. We can not do most out of its simple drag and drop feature. For example, if you want to change colour of the metrics it is not available in simple metrics creation page. Azure analytics and coding log queries allow to to do so.

Azure Monitor offers users monitoring of your application's performance in real-time. It identifies issues with your programs and collects the information. Its GUI (Graphical User Interface) is pretty easy to understand may defer if the user is not familiarized with the software. I have yet to experience any issues in term of information that Azure Monitor provides me with about my programs and their performance.
