The Key-Vault UI certainly can be improvised a lot, as it doesn't provide search fetaure, one has to manually scroll to find stored Key which feels like an overhead.

Managed identities, while storing the keys and secrets we can configure the apps to access kv using managed identities, it's simplicity yo connect to kv and retrieve secrets and keys is quite effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
