Napersoft’s Customer Communication Management helps in improving the customer services and reduce the cost. It help in managing the resources and maintains the documents at one centralized position. Even a lay person can easily handle this and create a documents templates. Various format of documents supported by this system which can be shared among the wider range of audience. What do you dislike about Azuba?
some time I face performance Issues with this tool and at that moment it hangs. you need to restart your application again but the best part is that it saves all your efforts and you need not to start from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
