The compartmentalization of content and easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the customization options are limited, but I understand it's probably for the better so that the communications don't get mucked up and difficult or overwhelming to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to put newsletters together and the Smart Brevity reminders are awesome to keep it all succint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it could be more customizable - I have to fight with the headers and formatting to get it to look the way I want to, and I wish the background could be redone as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the tool helps me align the style across all my communications. I also like that it prompts me with ways to improve the impact of messaging. I find the efficient sending of emails saves me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I need to make a change to a scheduled email. It is inconvenient to have to unschedule, make changes, then reschedule. But I'm not sure there could be a way around that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's much to like about it. The platform itself is ridiculously user-friendly. The guides & prompts are helpful. The onboarding support & check-ins from support staff make this an A+ experience.
The analytics are easy to understand, easily accessible and very insightful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform does lock you into a set template, which is mostly good, but sometimes you feel the restrictions. It's forced me to rethink presentation of some information, likely making it better to fit the template/format than what was originally planned. Any "dislikes" I have are pretty picky. I wish the poll feature had an option for an open-ended answer, I'd like the ability to wrap text on an in-tile image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and understand.
Support is good and quick to answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can't change the header picture of individual templates within the same serie Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Axios' suggestions. Graphics. Add card feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing I can think of . All good. Maybe have more graphic options?? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the intuitive interface, the research-backed principles and the engagement data. It helps me make informed decisions and advise business partners on most effective tactics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Inability to re-target disengaged portion of the audience. Lack of options for follow-on engagement to increase effectiveness. It would be helpful if all of the stats and research that informs the layout/design/editorial preferences of Smart Brevity were in one place.
I read the Smart Brevity book in hopes it would all be contained there but it's not. This makes it hard to tell what parts are informed by data and what are anecdotal preferences from the founders' experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the format and that the platform helps you write shorter and better e-mails from the beginning, in general it is very easy to use. Compared to other e-mail platforms it is the best from a content standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not as useful for external communications that we are starting to use it for such as promotional e-mails about an event that involve sponsors, I love the format of Axios NWA for that and would love to have that for our use case as well. I also don't love that we don't get a heat map of where someone is reading, how long they read, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very user-friendly. Everyone on my team can use it, regardless of their skill level. We also really enjoy the smart brevity features that helps us communicate efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was easier to save the Axios newsletters as a PDF that is shareable or to link back to previous editions of each newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The focus on its three pillars -- SMART, BRIEF, CLEAR -- makes for excellent communication that engages and is easily digestible by employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't encountered any downsides. Once you understand the approach, we've been able to communicate everything we need to and more compellingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
