Most helpful is the completeness of the settings, so you have project and task management, collaboration tool, timeline planner and diffetent integrations of apps like Slack, MS Teams, lexoffice, Google Calendar. Furthermore it is connectable with different other apps via Zapier. Least helpful is the need to set the own customer as an user to collaborate with him in awork, although at half the costs for the client. An absolute dislike is the main design of the app in purple and light blue colors. The arrangement of buttons appears unstructured, non-hierarchical and random. There's only the possibility to switche the main design to dark mode, but you have no further adaptions. It would be desirable to be able to adapt the appearance of the app to the team's own corporate design. Last but not least, any virtual subdomain name is assigned for the workspace, which is more reminiscent of a fairytale land, but hardly of your own business.
