
Honestly, the dashboard is understandable for a beginner once you figure it out. Going through brand partnerships and finding programs to join is simple enough. Signing up was quick and the onboarding kinda helped me understand affiliate marketing basics, though it could be a little clearer for complete beginners. Generating tracking links and finding brands works fine. You don't need any technical skills for it, which is good if you're just starting out like me.
The integrations work fine, connecting it with other tools is manageable though it took me a little time to figure out. Speed is good for the most part and the tracking works reliably, it just gets a little slow sometimes when there is a lot of data, nothing too bad though.
The free account gives you decent access to get started and the pricing is reasonable depending on how much you use it. The approval process for joining some brand programs takes quite a while and there is no clear update on where your application stands, which gets a bit frustrating when you are just waiting. The reporting dashboard shows the basic numbers but it could be a lot more clearer. It takes some time to understand what the data is actually telling you, especially for a new user. Customer support could also be a bit more responsive, finding answers to simple questions is not that straightforward. If they could add better filtering for brand programs and make the reports easier to read, it would make the whole experience a lot smoother for people who are just getting started.
