Also, you have the awesome feature to modify your interview transcript, and when you click on a word you get to hear the exact part of the interview. I have been using Avrio to transcribe my Spanish language interviews for my graduate school research. I love that it is a multilingual service, as many other transcription services are just tailored for English (for example). I would like to be able to download the transcript whilst using the free version. I also think the ability to edit the transcript manually is a little wonky, as it doesn't always work properly when I try to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only area I have struggled with is to ensure changes made online are saved when I download the transcripts but that is likeely because I am a new user, instead I download the transcripts and made changes on my computer at home.
